This map shows hospitals that are dedicated to caring for patients with substance use disorders. Each hospital is part of a treatment network supported by our community partners listed below. Through collaboration, we are able to offer patients addiction treatment and recovery services locally. This is not an exhaustive list of all treatment providers in the community, but these providers have collaborated with the ROOTS team and will provide quality care to patients seeking treatment and recovery.
